Ft. Pierce was a fun stop, primarily as it gave us one last opportunity to spend time with Bob and Cathryn on Next To Me. They crossed their wake in Ft. Pierce and were packing up for the impending sale of their boat and their return trip to home in Seattle.
Highlights of Ft. Pierce:
- Celebrating with Bob and Cathryn
- Loads of sleepy manatees in the marina
- A fantastic Saturday farmer’s market
- The Navy SEAL museum
Melbourne was a quiet, one-night stop, with a peaceful marina with several dolphins and a pleasant downtown area.
