This wasn’t our favorite section of the Loop. It was a big change from the very laid-back atmosphere of the Keys.
Some memorable parts:
- Miami skyline, at night and in the daytime
- Big houses and big boats, many for sale
- Huge cruise ships
- Too many low bridges!
- Lots of slow-speed manatee zones
- Very nice, very dog-friendly Old Port Cove Marina in North Palm Beach
Below, Steven Spielberg’s yacht, Seven Seas. You can charter it for $1.5 million a week. Or for a couple of bottles of wine and dinner for the captains, you are welcome on Blue Heron anytime!
